Return Policy
We enforce a 30-day return window, granting you 30 days post-receipt to initiate a return request. Upon emailing us for a return, you can expect a response within 24 hours.
Return Eligibility:
1. The item must remain in its original state—unworn, unused, complete with tags, and in its initial packaging. Additionally, you must furnish a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.
2. For damaged or defective items, customers must provide videos or photos to substantiate the claim prior to returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
When Tykool Covers Return Shipping: Tykool will shoulder the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake.Tykool will provide a return label.
Examples include:
The item arrives defective and cannot be rectified with a replacement part. We dispatched the incorrect item. We sent it to the wrong address. We shipped a duplicate order. The item malfunctions within the 30-day return period. (Customers should install and operate the item as per the product manual instructions.)
When the Customer Covers Return Shipping: If a return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which vary by region.
Return Address
Given our multiple warehouses for receiving returns, please contact Tykool customer service at aftersale@tykoolbattery.com to obtain the correct return address.We do not accept any unauthorized returns.
Refund Policy
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, informing you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 3 workdays. Remember, it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation
Tykool typically dispatches orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, contact Tykool promptly. If the products haven't been shipped, a refund will be issued within 12 hours.
If an order is canceled after the product has shipped, the customer must personally reject the package, and a refund will be processed within 3 business days after the package returns to our warehouse.

Exchange Policy
1. Before the product is shipped: you can contact aftersale@tykoolbattery.com in time to apply for a replacement,if the product price is different, the price difference can be refunded or supplemented.
2. The product has been shipped or received: Please complete the return and refund according to the above instructions, and then select the product you need from the website to place an order.
After the 30-day return period, customers can use the Tykool Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty. Refer to the Tykool Warranty Policy for details.
