We begin by manufacturing batteries designed to last an extended period. These batteries come with an 15-Month Warranty .
Warranty Service:
15-Month Warranty: Free, warranty period starts from the purchase date.
During this warranty period, if the product is found to be defective in material and workmanship, which is a product quality issue, please contact us for warranty service. Once confirmed to be within the warranty scope, Tykool will provide a replacement service.
(To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide a valid and accurate order number so we can verify that the product was purchased from our official Amazon store or our official website.)
You need to provide the following to obtain warranty service:
1. The production date printed on the product; invoice or any other proof of purchase, including order number, purchase date and supplier's name;
2. Relevant pictures or video evidence of the problem product;
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the Product from TYKOOL and is non-transferable.
This warranty will be voided by:
(a) misuse, improper operation, or operation under extreme conditions;
(b) improper installation or maintenance;
(c) unauthorized modifications;
(d) disassembly or repair by anyone other than TYKOOL;
(e) defects reported after the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
(1) normal wear and tear;
(2) cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
(3) missing or damaged serial number.
Hassle-Free Warranty Conditions:
These conditions apply only to Products within the Warranty Period. If the time since the purchase date exceeds the Warranty Period or if any of the above conditions apply, the warranty will be void.
